Tim Cromwell leads cromwellconnect. His career, spanning more than 40 years, began in San Diego where he sold and leased commercial real estate before specializing in urban redevelopment projects. Prior to launching cromwellconnect in 2020, Tim served as Vice President of Business Development for R.D. Olson Construction. Over the course of his 28-year tenure, he acquired most of the company’s largest accounts.
Before joining R.D. Olson, Tim gained a wealth of experience developing several neighborhood and community shopping centers. He is credited with the development of the La Mirada Towne Center – the area’s most prominent project – and negotiated an Owner Participation Agreement with the City of La Mirada, closing more than 100 tenants on lease buyouts, renewals and pad sales.

Balanza, a manufacturer fabricating custom case goods, is committed to the production of the finest quality furnishings available to the Hospitality and Resort Industries. All products manufactured by Balanza are custom-made to the clients’ specifications. An American and New Zealand owned business, Balanza’s headquarters and principal manufacturing facilities are located in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam.

A graduate of the University of San Diego, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF), which provides grants for research to improve treatments, increase survival rates and, ultimately, find a cure for childhood cancer. Since 2012, Tim has spearheaded an annual PCRF golf tournament, including a networking reception and silent auction, to help PCRF advance its mission.

In April 2024, Tim was inducted into the Orange County PAROCHIAL ATHLETIC LEAGUE (PAL) Hall of Fame. Tim was honored by PAL – one of the largest athletic associations in Orange County – for his 15+ years volunteering time and expertise running the flag football program at Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic School in Huntington Beach.
