Tim Cromwell leads cromwellconnect. His career, spanning more than 40 years, began in San Diego where he sold and leased commercial real estate before specializing in urban redevelopment projects. Prior to launching cromwellconnect in 2020, Tim served as Vice President of Business Development for R.D. Olson Construction. Over the course of his 28-year tenure, he acquired most of the company’s largest accounts.

In addition to developing several neighborhood and community shopping centers, Tim is credited with the development of the La Mirada Towne Center, the area’s most prominent mixed-use project. He negotiated an Owner Participation Agreement with the City and closed more than 100 tenants on lease buyouts, renewals and pad sales.

Balanza – Director of Sales

Balanza, a manufacturer fabricating custom case goods, is committed to the production of the finest quality furnishings available to the Hospitality and Resort Industries. All products manufactured by Balanza are custom-made to the clients’ specifications. An American and New Zealand owned business, Balanza’s headquarters and principal manufacturing facilities are located in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam.

You’ll always find Tim at various industry events including the HD Expo, ALIS and the Lodging Conference. (He’s never missed one!)

A graduate of the University of San Diego, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF), which provides grants for research to improve treatments, increase survival rates and, ultimately, find a cure for childhood cancer.
